I am grateful for all the new RE opportunities and other opportunities that are flowing to me daily.

Having all my 18th Ave SW townhomes be sold/pending on for before 3/31/10 and the buyers and sellers are all happy or something better
Receiving 20 new listings every month from sellers who have equity and is super motivated or something better(s.b)
Receiving at least 1 deal every month that is over $1 million+ and they are easy and fun or s.b
Attracting the perfect assistant that will run my on-line and also our personal assistant on or before March 31 or s.b
Selling the Willow site, 2nd/Main and 2nd/Logan or s.b
Having the 48th and Willow site be sold and we listed it and pre-sold all of them in 30-60 days or s.b
Buying 1 to 2 fixer property every month starting this march and we generated at least $100k per month or s.b

Having my Thach RE Group blog site be up and operating and everything is perfect by April 1st or s.b
Having Thach RE Group be the “come to broker” for all international buyers and sellers in Seattle or s.b
Having all my listings be sold on or before March 30, 2010 or s.b
Generating $100k per month in each of my three business(Thach RE Group, L&N, Investment Group) or s.b
Having the next CNP in May be the most inspiring and empowering event ever been done in Seattle and we had a sold out crowd and people can’t stop talking about it and waiting for the next one or s.b

I am grateful for my son Russell for getting so excited when i pick him up from school and we just hang together before we go home.
I am grateful that on Sunday Russell, my mom and I decided last minute to not go to McDonald’s after church, there was a shooting there that day.
I am grateful the Universe/God/Dad is always looking out for me for what is the highest good.
I am grateful that i am conscious when i see what isn’t working and shifting gear quickly.
I am grateful that i am doing boot camp again, this is what got me in great shape one year ago.
I am grateful that i am making money again like how i was before, the wave is coming again.

Generating $100k every month for the first 90 days in my RE business or s.b
Generating $1,000,000 in investing in RE in 2010 or s.b
Receiving 5 new perfect listings per week and 5 new sales per week or s.b
Receiving one project in 2010 that will give us at least 100 new perfect listings and it is all sold out with velocity or s.b
Aligning me up with all the perfect opportunities for all my Dream Big stuff at the right time, right place and the right people or s.b
