I am grateful for my coaching call with Deborah Ivanoff yesterday. She shifted me from not flowing to flowing again.
I am grateful for an inspiring and empowering day yesterday.

Generating $100k every month for the first 90 days in my RE business or s.b
Generating $1,000,000 in investing in RE in 2010 or s.b
Receiving 5 new perfect listings per week and 5 new sales per week or s.b
Receiving one project in 2010 that will give us at least 100 new perfect listings and it is all sold out with velocity or s.b

I am grateful for the new referral from my friend Danny for his friend who wants to buy a condo in Downtown Seattle.
I am grateful for the new referral from my friend Alea for her friend who wants to sell her house in SW.
I am grateful for feeling in control and certain in my life again.

I am grateful for my mom for doing better and better everyday after her knee surgery.
I am grateful that my son Hudson is becoming more attached to me and he is beginning to listen to me more and more everyday.
I am grateful for a very productive day in RE yesterday and generated 3 new and hot appts.

Give thanks and appreciation for Universal Energy which flows thru me and around me.
Not to resist anything and go with the flow because Universal Energy is guiding me.

Connecting me with one to two hand fulls of buildings that we work with and they build 200+ home per year and we listed all of them and the relationship we have with them is very fun and respectful or s.b.
Receiving 200 repeats and referrals from my database who need to buy, sell or invest in RE in 2010 and we honor and appreciate their business and referrals and they know it or s.b.
Having 40 people show up to my workshop for Guiding Light Weekend coming up on Jan 29th and they were inspired and empowered by what I shared and they became our new advocates or s.b.
Giving me super clarity on creating all my new bio and creating my new $20,000 dollars speech that expresses where I came from, what I am committed to and who I am or s.b.
