Gratitude:
I am grateful for spending time with my friends Kristen and Lindsay and brainstorming how to take our Thach Real Estate Group to 500 transactions in the next 3 years.
I am grateful for attracting all the perfect people to help build out the RE Group by Jan 2010.
I am grateful for all my intention and inspirations with the RE Group and my other venture for 2010.
I am grateful that my mom is feeling better and better everyday.
I am grateful that my kids (especially Russell) are so excited for Christmas this year.
I am grateful for my family for all coming together and helping each other in these times.

Aligning our Thach RE Group with builder, developer, banker, investment group and organization that builds housing and we partner up with them to help them market their project or s.b.
Creating the partnership with HomeSight, FHA, Seattle Housing Authority, and any other housing groups in Seattle and we become their marketing team to sell their project or s.b.
50+ transactions by June 2010 and we end up with 200+ transactions by 12/31/10 or s.b.
Creating the most kick ass marketing plan that will WOW a single family homeowner up to a big builder for 2010 or s.b.
Aligning all the perfect “A” team, the perfect consultant, the perfect system and structure for our RE Group to produce 1000+ transaction per year by 2015 or s.b.
Having super clarity on the vision, mission, core value for the Thach RE Group and we were known for the firm with the vision and mission and being so aligned with that we produce 1000 transactions yearly or s.b.

Gratitude:
I am grateful that on December 16 I was a speaker on a real estate panel held by Brenda and Bob from Bank of America in Renton, WA. I was able to inspire and empower a group of realtors, loan officers and title reps.
I am grateful for a great lunch yesterday with my friends Mark and Kristen and discussing the vision for Thach in the next 5 years.
I am grateful for receiving an offer on my listing in Bellevue and on 18th Ave SW yesterday and intending they will be signed today and close easily and quickly.
I am grateful for all the new inspiration I have on my RE biz for 2010.
I am grateful for Kristen and her help that is allowing me to share my vision and get more clarity every day.

Having our site on 2nd/Logan be sold in the next 30 to 60 day with ease and smooth or s.b
Having our big apartment building in Seattle loan be extended for 12 more month and we lease it all up in 6 month or sooner or s.b
Having my other apartment building in Bellevue get a new commercial loan and I feel the terms will be great by Jan 15 2010 or s.b
Keeping our 26 plot on Willow St in Seattle and build it out or sell it to another builder and we get all the listings or s.b
Producing 10-20 transaction every month starting Jan 2010 and it is fun, easy and effortless or s.b

Gratitude:
I am grateful for a great meeting with my Power of Contribution crew the other day in Orange Country and we got lots of work done.
I am grateful that Russell and I had a great time spending a night at my mom’s house and caring for her as she recovers from knee surgery.
I am grateful that we had the opportunity to take Camie’s mom out for her birthday yesterday.
I am grateful that all my brothers and sisters are all taking turns staying at mom’s house and caring for her.
I am grateful that I have been receiving more and more RE leads every day, it tells me that the wave is coming.
I am grateful that I am getting super clear on my goals and dreams for my RE biz for 2010.
