Gratitude:
I am grateful for getting up and going to the gym this morning because I was tired. I am glad I did and I also meditated in the dry spa which feel so good.
I am grateful for my health and well being; so many people around me are sick, but I am feeling good.
I am grateful that I worked through my fear of rejection yesterday as I was calling investors and seeing if they want to sell their rental property or buy more property.
I am grateful that I talked to 15 investors yesterday and I got 5 leads of people who would consider selling.
I am grateful that I feel excited and eager to get back on the phone today and call more investors; more importantly, just being able to call and feel no resistance is awesome.

Having the last three new construction townhouses on 18th Ave SW have pending offers by end of month and the rest of my listing or s.b
Connecting me with some companies and organizations that do loan mod. and we partner up with them and if they can’t do the loan mod then they ask us to help the client short sale for the property to avoid foreclosure and we generate 100’s of transaction per year or s.b

Gratitude:
I am grateful for going to the gym and doing cycling again. I also did my 30 min of meditation. When I follow my morning routine I always create magic…I’m looking for magic today!
I am grateful that I started calling expired listings again yesterday and it felt good.
I am grateful that I am working through lots of fear and resistance I have in real estate; the more I do the lighter I am feeling every day.
I am grateful that I had a great meeting with my friend Lloyd Ball from Keller Williams RE and he was nice enough to share how he is doing his short sale business. Thanks Lloyd!!
I am grateful that I am feeling more and more confident and excited about building my residential RE business and taking it to the top again.

Feel good
It is not about ME, I am just a conduit, channel, instrument to be used to make a difference to OTHERS and for the highest good of all. When I know it’s not about ME then there is no fear about looking good, needing approval, fear of rejection, fear of loss, or any other fear that I experience when I am focusing just on me.
Surrender and allow the universe to use me for the highest good.

I am grateful for my kids for being healthy and in perfect in every way.
I am grateful for my wife Camie and for all the things she does, which in turn allow me to do what I am good at.
I am grateful for having Camie’s mom and grandma live with us because they help watch the kids and cook for us everyday.
I am grateful all my family members are doing fine - alive and healthy.
I am grateful for my mom for being alive and staying with all of her kids and grand kids and not trying to leave us after my dad passed away.

Aligning me up with a super hot land deal (50% off) either single family or townhouse site in the city of Seattle so we can purchase it and develop more in 2010 and we generate at least $100k per month or s.b
Getting the Design Center in Seattle for the next Power of Contribution Party in March 2010 and we have more then enough sponsors and we have over 1000 people show up and we had a positive cash flow from the event or s.b

I am grateful for Greg H and Jeff Q and I will be talking again this Friday about how to achieve our goal in RE.

I am grateful my mom’s eye surgery went well and she is feeling awesome after the surgery now.

I am grateful that my wife Camie was in the JLS company meeting yesterday and she enjoyed hearing how to use web 2.0 on everything that I am doing.
I am grateful for a great meeting yesterday with Paul, Rio, Admand, Shawn and Fatima, talking about Real Estate investing.
I am grateful for a great call yesterday with my friend Janet L and the Make it Happen Productions Co., talking about a super exciting reality TV show that will be based upon how I live my life.
