I am grateful for all the opportunities that are coming in my present real estate business.
I am grateful for all the opportunities that are happening with our Power of Contribution movement and all the people we are meeting to help us put it all together.
I am grateful for feeling inspired and empowered right now in my life.

Getting out of the way this morning when I do my speech and allow the spirit within me to be inspired and empowered and 30+ people sign up for Deborah’s class in Oct or something better.
Aligning myself with 1 or 2 deals a week that I can buy and sell and generate $100k with ease and fun or something better.
Receiving 20 hot appt from people who either need to sell, buy or invest every month and we generated $200k per month with ease and fun or s.b.
Finding the perfect 5 star hotel in OC that is $100 per night and it has a kitchen for Oct 16-20 2009 so I can bring my whole family with me or s.b.

I am grateful for feeling more and more productive everyday in my RE business and all my other businesses.
I am grateful for my wife Camie for being a super woman and handling everything.
I am grateful for my two kids for growing up fast and saying the most adorable things.

Having my house be sold or rented out by Sept 30 to a perfect person or s.b.
Finding the inspiration for me to take my fitness to the next level and I got to the ideal weight of 160lbs and 10% body fat or s.b.

I am grateful for a super effective and productive day yesterday in my RE business, I had 15 contacts and I got 4 families who want to sell their homes and buy a new ones.
I am grateful for all the traffic that I am receiving on all my listings and I am holding the intention that they will all be sold this month.
I am grateful for all the clarity that I am seeing more and more everyday in my life about “Who I Am”, “What I am committed to” and “My Purpose”.
I am grateful today for my health and well-being because without that I have nothing.
I am grateful I have inspiration and hope everyday.
I am grateful for The Power of Contribution Project moving forward in all cylinder.

Receiving an opportunity where I contribute to something and I got blessed from the Universe with a $1 million check in the next 30 day or s.b.
Having 20 families that we help either sell their home or find them the dream home for them every month and I am grateful for their business and they are grateful for us helping them or s.b.
Aligning the POC gang with the perfect partners that together we touch, move and inspire billions of people with our product which is The Contribution Game or s.b.

Gratitude:
I am grateful for my son Russell who had an awesome 4th birthday party yesterday and he said, “I love my party yesterday.”
I am grateful that he had all his cousins, aunties and uncles there to celebrate his birthday.
I am grateful that he LOVED all his gifts especially all his new Hot Wheel toys.
I am grateful that my mom, Camie’s mom and grandma were there to celebrate his birthday.
I am grateful that the weather was nice and sunny and we got to do it at a park that Russell likes and it was so private.
I am grateful to have all my family here in Seattle and doing things together as a family.
I am grateful for my wife Camie for organizing all this and we had lots of people helping to make this party awesome and it turned out great.

Having my new website up and running by Oct 31st, 2009 and I have the perfect Marketing Director Person working with me by then or s.b.
Having all my listing that are on the market be pending by Sept 30th with all perfect buyers and they all close easily and smoothly or s.b.

I am grateful for all the RE leads we’ve been getting from Giri, Tim, Israel, different banks, and listings has been selling.
I am grateful that I am not making my son Russell wrong right now for not liking his new school and not feeling good about going to that school.
I am grateful that I am inspired on taking my RE biz to a whole new level and not making the business wrong.
I am grateful that we are moving forward with everything with POC.

I am grateful for the buyers that still want to buy . . . property after they did the inspection.
I am grateful for all the activities I have been having on our listings selling and our buyers are out buying.
I am grateful that we didn’t force my son Russell to go to school yesterday b/c he wasn’t in alignment yesterday for some reason.
I am grateful that I got to make the connection for Jamal Crawford (NBA player for Atlanta Hawk) to my friend Ben from Vitamin Water for future endorsement.
I am grateful for the POC to be moving forward more and more everyday.
