I am grateful for the email yesterday I got from a big bank about working their REO in Seattle.
I am grateful for all my listings that are moving and they are closing smooth, easy and fast.
I am grateful for getting single minded focus on how to create 50+ transaction every month in my residential real estate business for my team.
I am grateful for all the people around me who are helping me create my dreams.
I am grateful for all my coaches and teachers that are keeping me on course.
I am grateful for being able to Dream BIG and be the “Dream Energizer” for the people in the world.

Be in the flow and just allow the universe to do it’s work.

I am so grateful for these beautiful weather and 90 degree sunny days in Seattle.
I am so grateful for my A/C in my house.
I am so grateful for getting up this morning and going for a run around Seward Park loop and then spending 10 min meditating afterward.
I am so grateful to be inspired everyday to write my Gratitude, Intention and Delegation, it feels so good after I do it.
I am so grateful to be able to help two of my friends list their home for sale and do “short sale” and help them get peace of mind again this week.
I am so grateful for all of my pending sales to be closing this week after months of issues with the bank.

Intention:
I am intending today to…
Feel good
Be grateful for everything, even the things you don’t think are good.
Stand in my vision and stay on my course
Know it’s all coming and unfolding actually how it supposed to be.

Aligning me up with the perfect person and the person look like this…knows and has a passion for RE, knows data management, knows everything about search engines, understands all the social media sites, is a great writer, a organizer, efficient, gets things done kind of person, has some graphic design skills, loves putting events together, represent me well, self-motivated, want to grow, a people person, loves everything I’m doing, wants to work, thinks one ahead of me all time, or something better.
Aligning me up with some banks and they want my RE team to help them move their REO in Puget sound and we help move 100’s of deals per month for the banks and they are so grateful or s.b.
Aligning me up with the perfect investor for our movie “The Power of Contribution” and they also help sell 100’s of millions of copies or s.b.
Aligning me up with all the perfect partners to make the “Inspirational Event” with 1150am in Seattle at Safeco Stadium in Jan 2010 and 10,000+ /People came in fearful and left the event feeling inspired and empowered or s.b.

I am so grateful for all the inspiration that’s been coming through me about my real estate business, POC movie and book, radio show and my Dream Big TV
I am so grateful that I got the opportunity to inspire about 20 teens yesterday at Neighborhood House in Seattle.
I am so grateful that I got to spend extra time yesterday with both of my kids by working at home for the first half of the day.
I am so grateful to have a great conversation with my friend Ryan yesterday and I feel he and I will be doing a lot of things in the future.
I am so grateful that I got an offer on my listing on 33rd Ave S

Feel good
Be excited and inspired
See and feel the essence of what I want is already here and stay in that energy.
Just be Thach and let go of HOW it will look like and know it will unfold perfectly.

I am so grateful for how fast and effortless everything is happening with our movie “The Power of Contribution” and the book and the radio show to come to reality.
I am so grateful for all the opportunities that are coming into my life from real estate to all my other ventures.
