Gratitude:
I am grateful for a very nice and relaxing three day weekend with the family.
I am grateful for the beautiful sunny weather we are having here in Seattle.
I am grateful for my buyers Prince and Reggie who both found the perfect house and got it signed and accepted. I am grateful for my listing in Medina to have an offer on it and looking forward on getting it signed today.
I am grateful for recieving two more hot buyers this week and finding them the perfect house for them.
I am grateful for my assistant Alicia for taking charge of organizing the Moda party June 19th, 2009 with all of my friends
I am grateful for LRG for providing the clothes for the fashion show as well as Qwest, VitaminWater, and Courvasiour for sponsoring the Moda Party.

Recieving 10 new listings every month and they all sell every month and i also recieve $120,000 every month or s.b.
Aligning us up with 20 perfect restaurants and retail in Belltown for the Moda party this week and they are so grateful.
Aligning me with all the perfect sponsors and they all contribute to help cover the cost for the Moda party or s.b.

I am so grateful for the hundreds of friends yesterday who emailed, texted or called wishing me a happy birthday.

I am so grateful for not giving up on making a difference to people out in the world, especially when it doesn’t seem like it is working.

I am so grateful for yesterday because that was my confirmation that my work is working in the world.

I am so grateful for having friends.

I am so grateful for being alive. Life is so precious and short so please live full out, with passion and make a difference to everyone you come in contact with.
