The Seattle Mortgage Reel recaps the latest news from the stimulus package announced by President Obama. The Federal Reserve extends its initiative to continue to purchase mortgage backed securities, which has been over 10% of the allocated $500 billion in the month of January. Volatility will continue through this summer in mortgage rates confirming that timing will be key in today’s market.

I am grateful for the good night sleep I got last night.

I am grateful for any other day above the group.

I am grateful for Camie, my kids, and all of my family for being healthy and successful.

I am grateful for having about 20 people at my FTHB class on Sat and 5 people set up an appointment for us to work with them right now.

I am grateful for the rest of the people at my FTHB who didn’t set an appointment yet, because now they are my friends and advocates.

I am grateful for all of the opportunities that have been coming through to me and I am looking at the ones that make the most sense and taking action on them

I am grateful for all of the great energy that is in me everyday. This is a sign that I am in alignment with attracting my goals and dreams. YES!

Intention:

Feel good

Be grateful for all the good and bad things that are around me.

See and feel the essence of what I want and also not be attached to how it looks.

Be present to how I feel because how I feel will attract or push away what I want.

Be allowing and just know that Law of Attraction is bringing everything to me.

Just look for all the positive aspect in my life and I will get more of that.

Acknowledge all the miracles and magic that are present in my life and all of the new ones that come in.

Finding the perfect loan program and house for the 5 perfect buyers that we are working with from our FTHB class on Saturday and they our so happy with the results that they refer us 5 of their friends before the end of the year or s.b.

Being able to help the other 15 or 20 people that was at my FTHB class on Saturday into a house either their first home or an investment home on or before the end of the year and they refer to me 5 of their friends before the end of the year or s.b.

Giving me so many great ideas, recourses and connections that cause us to have 100 perfect buyers every month coming out of our FTHB and investment Classes or s.b.

Having my FTHB classes and the concept of one lucky FTHB winning an opportunity to have a make over of a major room in their new house with me and my interior designer be a great idea that causes us to get lots of publicity which cause us to have 100’s of perfect buyer wanting to come to our class every month to buy or s.b.

Generating $1,000,000 every month with all of the ventures that I am involved with with joy and ease or s.b.
