Who Are You Being?

In the universe there is a process called the creation process. This process can be explained in three words: BE, DO, HAVE. Being is an emotion. You have to take on the characteristics of being who it is that you want to become. The being is the inspiration impulse that comes through as you are accomplishing your goals. Discover who you want to be and try on the characteristics of that person. What is their belief system and how are they feeling? Check out Thach’s MILLION DOLLAR A MONTH BEING,

A Million Dollar a Month Being

I know WHAT I WANT and I am very clear as to WHY I want it. I don’t believe that I have to work hard to achieve my outcomes.  I don’t believe in grinding it out or having to struggle. Things come to me easily, naturally and automatically because…

I KNOW WHAT I WANT! (Law of Attraction)

I believe and know that there is plenty of money out there to be made. There are plenty of nice people out there that need to buy, sell and invest in residential or commercial property. There are plenty of people that sell residential and commercial land, apartment buildings, commercial buildings everyday and they need people like me to help them with their real estate needs. I am looking for easy, smooth transactions and nice decisive people to work with. These people trust my expertise and know I am here to help them with their real estate needs (that is the natural balance in the universe).

My standards are higher and more defined:

A. I place a high value on my time.

-I am very deliberate in my work and play time.

B. My communication is clear.

-I have great rapport skills and have huge levels of charisma.

-I address all important items and details up front.

C. I am effective at delegation.

-I delegate to a team of people around me that are eager, accessible, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective to do things for me.

I believe and know abundance attracts more abundance.

I believe and know huge levels of abundance are normal and natural.

My belief and knowing is stronger at this level.

I believe that everything I think about flows to me smoothly, effortlessly with ease and no resistance.

I believe and know that BEING rich is about who I am, not about what I have. What I have is simply a measure of who I am being. I spend 80% of my time on who I am being and 20% of my time on what I am doing.

I already know that I am successful, it is in my Being. I believe it, know it, and am congruent with it. I know who I am and I don’t need to prove anything.

I do my work and live life with inspired action and full of joy. I am 100% satisfied with where I am but very eager for more.

I really enjoy life to the fullest and I have fun. I am humble, in harmony, feel good, aligned, living large. I am fearless, not attached to the end results and I know that everything will be taken care of.

Affirm Your Destiny

Affirmation is self talk that will help you fulfill your dreams. Through repeating these words of encouragement you are affirming what your vision is. Once your affirmations become routine to you they will become a new set of conversation you have in your head that is playing over and over. Take a look at part of Thach’s Affirmation and see how you can use the power of positive thinking to help you achieve your dreams.

Thach’s Affirmation

Thach, you play the Contribution Game to everyone you come in contact with.

Thach, you know that no trust is available when you are trying to make a sell vs. making a contribution first.

Thach, you know that feeling good is the highest goal.

Thach, when you feel good you attract and when you feel bad you push it away.

Thach, your energy precedes you!

Thach, you know selling is not about you.

Thach, you have accepted that not everyone will choose to use you as a RE agent.

Thach, you build advocates instead of clients.

Thach, you listen to your customers intensely and help them with their individual needs.

Intention and Delegation

This is an exercise that Thach uses to create purpose for his goals and dreams. He does this exercise daily so that his intentions and delegations pertain directly to the day ahead of him. Below are directions to create you own intentions and delegations for the day along with an example of Thach’s own.

Intention:

-You want to consider defining your intention as a “way of being” and also how you “feel”.

-How you feel is going to determine if you are going to allow or block your goals to manifest.

-You want to intend “be” and “feel” in a way that will cause you to feel good.

-When you are “feeling good” you are open to receiving and allowing all of your goals and desires to manifest in your presence.

-When you are “feeling bad” you are blocking your goals and desires to manifest.

-The key is you want to intend a “way of being”. You want to control the way you “feel” because the more you feel good the more you are open to having your dreams manifest.

Delegation:

-You want to consider that you have a full time universal manager/genie that works for you 24 hours a day/7 days a week for FREE.

-Their only job is to take your order. Whatever you want they will deliver to you. Make sure you are focusing on what you want versus what you don’t want.

-Consider your universal manager/genie is a million times more powerful than any assistant or manager you could ever hire. They have more ideas, solutions, and creativity than any physical human being on the planet.

Take a look at…

Thach’s Intentions and Delegations:

Gratitude:

I am so grateful for my wife and two baby’s Russell and Hudson  for being alive and healthy.

I am so grateful for me being alive, healthy and well.

I am so grateful for all of my family and Camie’s family for being healthy, well and close to each other in Seattle.

(You can write as many as you want)

Intentions:

I intend to feel good.

I intend to feel certain.

I intend to feel powerful.

I intend to see and feel magic today.

I intent to be relaxed, calm and aware.

Delegations:

I am so thankful that the universe/God/Buddha (whatever you believe in) has assisted me with…

Having 1 million people coming to view my blog per day and I am making a huge difference in their lives.

Having 500+people at each one of my First Time Home Buyer classes every month (or something better).

Helping thousands of families achieve the American Dream of Home Ownership and creating wealth through Real Estate in 2009 (or something better).

“On the Fence” About Buying a Home?

How the 700 Billion Dollar Bailout affects you…

  • It helps transform the mortgaged-back securities.  This keeps access to capital for borrowers high and interest rates low.
  • Conforming/jumbo conforming rates should drop in the coming weeks by as much as a percentage point.
  • It improves confidence in the stock market allowing investors to once again realize profits, which they in turn can re-invest in mortgages.
  • Credit will flow again bringing new, qualified buyers into the market to take advantage of the investment opportunities currently available.
  • Modified mortgages will allow some homeowners to restructure their mortgages and avoid foreclosure.

If you’re on the fence, now is an excellent opportunity to realize dramatic savings on a home purchase before the market shifts, and we begin the next ‘Up’ stage of the cycle.
